Great location near main avenue, helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is conveniently located near a main avenue, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, providing a cozy atmosphere for a romantic escape. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of food, a great way to start the day.
Weak Wifi in the rooms. The only downside of the hotel was the weak Wifi in the rooms.

The hotel's location is fantastic, close to famous Paulist Avenue and a short taxi ride to the Italia Building and Ibirapuera Park. The staff, especially Renato and Nichollas, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was great, with a variety of pastries, bread, fruit, and juices. The hotel is also suitable for bigger groups of friends.

From the moment we checked in, the staff was friendly and cute. They were always there to help us with any questions or requests we had. The location of the hotel was perfect; it was close to many bars and restaurants in the Jardins district, so we were right in the middle of all the action. being just off the main Paulista Avenue made it very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is situated in a very safe neighborhood and it is also near the subway, made getting around the city very easy. The breakfast provided at the hotel was fantastic. There was a wide variety of options to choose from and the fresh fruit selection was particularly delicious. The staff even made made-to-order omelettes, a highlight of our mornings. the hotel facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet street just off the main avenue, making it safe to walk around even at night. The service was phenomenal, with room service available and housekeeping doing an immaculate job every day. The rooms are soundproofed, so we were never disturbed by outside noise. We loved the garden area and the sauna, and we also appreciated the free Wi-Fi. The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with quality services.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Trianon-MASP metro station on Avenida Paulista, making it easy to explore important areas of the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities that cater to our needs. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff provides excellent service, with friendly and helpful attitudes. the hotel provides a pleasant and convenient stay near the metro station.
One downside is that the hotel is not close to any walking distance interesting areas.

We had a fantastic stay at Royal Jardins Boutique, thanks to the really good service. The staff were pretty good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were particularly impressed with Renato at the Front Desk, who was friendly, cute, and spoke perfect English. He made our stay nice. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with great amenities. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. The hotel's convenient location near Av Paulista and Trianon Park made exploring the city easy. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Sao Paulo.
